Excluded Party Search System™.  The Excluded Party Search System (EPSS™) software provides users with the capability to search for sanctioned or excluded parties within the combined master database published by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), in addition to numerous sanction listings from state Medicaid agencies.  The software is designed to allow users to perform a quick single search (which is ideal for pre-employment screenings) or a more thorough batch search (where a list of individuals or companies is submitted for searching).
